Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
At Pumy Array, many of our garments are custom-made, made-to-order, or manufactured according to customer-supplied measurements and specifications. Because of the personalised nature of our products, special return conditions apply.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Reporting Problems
Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A defective item;
- A damaged item;
- An incorrect item; or
- An item that differs materially from the order placed,
please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing pumy.array@gmail.com and providing:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the matter and advise on the appropriate resolution.
Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Garments
Most Pumy Array garments are manufactured specifically for each customer based on measurements, design selections, colour choices, or other personalised specifications.
As a result:
- Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
- Custom-made or personalised garments cannot be returned because of a change of mind.
- Custom-made or personalised garments cannot be returned because incorrect measurements were supplied by the customer.
- Custom-made or personalised garments cannot be returned simply because the customer no longer requires the item.
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Where a product is sold as a standard, non-customised item, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn;
- Tags remain attached;
- The item is in its original condition and packaging; and
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error by Pumy Array.
Defective Products
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
If a product is defective, unsafe, or materially fails to perform as reasonably expected, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable South African consumer legislation.
Alterations
Where a custom garment has been manufactured according to the measurements supplied by the customer but minor fit adjustments are required, Pumy Array may, at its discretion, offer alteration services instead of a refund.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with alteration requests.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale, clearance, promotional campaigns, or special offers are final sale and may not be returned unless defective.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval.
- Banking institutions may require additional processing time before funds reflect.
