Shipping Policy
Made-to-Order Production
At Pumy Array, most garments are individually crafted based on the measurements and specifications provided by each customer. We do not mass-produce or hold large quantities of stock in multiple sizes. This allows us to create garments that fit better, reduce waste, and introduce new collections throughout the year based on customer demand.
As a result, all custom and made-to-order garments require a production period before they are shipped.
Production Time
- Custom-made and made-to-order garments typically require 7–21 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volumes.
- During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or new collection launches, production times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
- Production commences only after full payment has been received and all required measurements and order details have been submitted.
Shipping & Delivery
Once production has been completed, your order will be packaged and dispatched through one of our approved courier partners.
South Africa Deliveries
- Standard courier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier network.
International Deliveries
- We ship to selected international destinations.
- International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, parcel size, and selected delivery method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Measurement Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, sizing information, and delivery details provided during checkout are accurate.
Pumy Array cannot be held responsible for fitment issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated production and delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High seasonal demand
- Supplier delays
- Public holidays
- Courier disruptions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at pumy.array@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
