3. Products and Custom-Made Garments

Pumy Array specialises in custom-made, made-to-order, and limited-production fashion garments.

Many products are manufactured specifically according to measurements, specifications, colour selections, or other requirements provided by the customer.

Because garments are individually produced:

Product images are illustrative and may vary slightly from the final product.
Colours may appear differently depending on device screens and lighting conditions.
Small variations resulting from handcrafting and manufacturing processes are not considered defects.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase.

No order shall be deemed accepted until:

Payment has been successfully received; and
Pumy Array has issued an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order where:

Product information contains errors;
Fraud is suspected;
Measurements or specifications are incomplete; or
We are unable to fulfil the order.

Any payments received for cancelled orders will be refunded.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may be amended without notice, however the price confirmed at checkout shall apply to the order placed.

Payment must be made in full before production commences.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Pumy Array does not store customer banking or card details.

6. Production and Delivery

Custom garments require production time before shipment.

Estimated production periods are displayed on the website and in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by:

Supplier delays;
Production capacity;
Courier delays;
Public holidays; or
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Custom-Made and Personalised Products

Where garments are manufactured according to customer measurements, specifications, alterations, or personalisation requests:

Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
Such products are generally not eligible for return or refund due solely to customer preference or incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

Defective Products

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Where a product is defective, unsafe, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards, customers retain all rights available under applicable law.

All claims relating to defects must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

8. Customer Measurements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, sizing information, and specifications submitted are accurate.

Pumy Array shall not be responsible for fitment issues arising from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including:

Images;
Logos;
Product photographs;
Graphics;

Branding; and

remains the property of Pumy Array or its licensors.
